  • Shift-aware by default
    An inserted cookie bar pushes the whole page down one band — we align first, so only the banner counts as change.
  • Confirmed before you hear about it
    A change in verdict triggers an immediate re-capture; only a change that shows up twice sends the email.
  • Blocked is never “changed”
    If Cloudflare or another bot wall blocks a capture, we report exactly that — naming the vendor — never a bogus change alert.
